1. Use of the Calculator

By renting a calculator from Rent My Calc, you, the consumer, have the right to use the calculator as you wish for the duration of the rental period.

2. Fees

• Setup Fee: You agree to pay an initial setup fee of $5.

• Monthly Rental Price: You will pay the agreed-upon monthly rental price on a recurring monthly basis until the calculator is returned to Rent My Calc.

3. Payment and Reporting

• If you retain the calculator and fail to pay the monthly rental charges after 5 business days, Rent My Calc reserves the right to report the delinquency to the credit bureau.

4. Return and Damage

• Return: Upon returning the calculator, you are responsible for any damages incurred. If the calculator is damaged, an additional charge will be applied to your account before canceling the monthly rental charge.

• No Damage: If no damage is found upon return, the monthly rental charge will be canceled and no further fees will be applied.

5. Maintenance and Replacement

• Rent My Calc will ensure that the calculator is in working condition and equipped with adequate batteries prior to shipping. Should the calculator stop functioning, Rent My Calc will ask for a video or picture of the calculator not functioning. Once evidence has been provided, Rent My Calc will provide a shipping label for you to return the faulty calculator and send you a replacement.

• If you attempt to repair the calculator yourself, Rent My Calc reserves the right to charge you for any damages resulting from such unauthorized repairs.

6. No Refund Policy

• Rent My Calc maintains a no refund policy. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the rental period or if you decide to return the calculator before the end of the rental period. The monthly rental charge will continue until the calculator is returned and all conditions are met.

7. Liability

• Rent My Calc is not liable for any injuries that may result from the use of the calculator. You are responsible for using the calculator in a safe and appropriate manner.
